On the morning of May 13, comrade Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation received a courtesy call on Comrade Ha Vi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China in Vietnam.
