Pursuant to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthrough development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation until 2030;

The People's Committee of Hai Phong city issued a Propaganda Plan for Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo, with the following contents:
I. PURPOSE AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Purpose
– Help officials, civil servants, public employees, businesses and people in the city understand the role and importance of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and related documents of the National Assembly, Government, City Party Committee and City People's Committee on breakthrough development of science, technology, innovation and national innovation by 2030.
– Create unity in awareness and action from all levels of government, businesses and society in the application of science and technology in the fields of production, management and life. 1. Department of Science and Technology
