After the merger, the expansion of boundaries poses a new requirement to continue improving the efficiency of state management of investment activities in the area to ensure a transparent, fair and healthy investment environment; Businesses throughout the area are promptly supported and guided in the business investment process so that they can both grow strongly and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Based on the above practical requirements and implementing the 2025 Investment Promotion Program of Hai Phong city in Decision No. 533/QD-UBND dated February 25, 2025 of the City People's Committee, on December 12, 2025, the Department of Finance chaired a conference to remove difficulties, support FDI enterprises and connect business investment and attracted the participation of more than 200 delegates from 140 businesses in the area.
The conference aims to increase support for investors and FDI enterprises outside industrial parks and economic zones in the city to answer difficulties during operations and connect business investment between foreign-invested enterprises and domestic supporting enterprises.
During the process of preparing for the Conference, the Department of Finance received the attention and coordination of investors/businesses from conducting surveys and proposing opinions to introducing and displaying strong products and spending time attending the Conference. The presence and valuable contributions of investors and businesses have affirmed their deep concern and firm belief in government.
