Since May 2023, the Department of Finance has coordinated with VNPT - Hai Phong, Viettel Hai Phong, Misa Joint Stock Company to provide support packages for businesses such as free support for 01 year of digital signatures, the first 300 numbers of electronic invoices. Besides, according to their needs, businesses can register to receive software support such as accounting software, business management software, sales management software, accounting service connection software... and a number of other technology platforms. Following the success of supporting new businesses entering the market, in the first 10 months of 2024, nearly 500 businesses have received this support package, contributing to improving the investment and business environment and enhancing the competitiveness of Hai Phong city in a comprehensive way.
