(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of August 24, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam received a courtesy visit to the delegation of Vietnam - Singapore young leaders led by Chairman of the Malay Youth Literature Association (Singapore) Nassar Mohamad Zain, who visited and worked in Hai Phong. On the occasion of the delegation attending the Vietnam - Singapore Young Leaders Dialogue program in 2024 with the theme "Youth pioneers in innovation for change", Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam gave information about the field of science, technology (STI) and innovation in Hai Phong. Accordingly, Hai Phong's national innovation result reached 52.32 points, ranking 3rd in the country; Hai Phong is also a locality that successfully piloted the TCVN ISO 18091:2020 standard on overall quality management of local government in 12 agencies and units in the city... In addition, every year, the city successfully organizes the Techfest Hai Phong event on an international scale. The outstanding contributions of the science and technology industry contribute to making Hai Phong ranked first in the countryon the administrative reform index in 2021, ranking 2nd in 2022 and 2023.
