In the first 9 months of 2024, Party building work is deployed synchronously, closely following the set targets and tasks, and has completed the target of establishing Party organizations in non-state enterprises assigned by the City Party Committee in 2024 (2/2 units). Implementing the emulation movement to build the "Smart Mass Mobilization" model in 2024, up to now there have been 48 registered units with 63 models, of which the Block Party Committee registered with the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee 13 models of 7 units. Grassroots Party committees at all levels actively carry out Party building work, lead socio-political organizations to promote their role and operational efficiency at their units; proactively lead, direct, and participate in implementing solutions to overcome difficulties to promote production and business.

Enterprises in the Block continue to maintain production and business, have revenue, and pay to the state budget. Total payment to the state budget is 608 billion VND, an increase of 6% over the same period in 2023; There are 49 enterprises (accounting for 54%) contributing VND 1 billion or more to the budget; Total export turnover is 141 million USD, an increase of 13% over the same period in 2023. Grassroots party committees at all levels have led and coordinated with business leaders to pay attention to maintaining jobs, improving income, and implementing regimes and policies for workers; More than 22,000 employees in the Sector have guaranteed jobs, with an average income of 11.28 million VND/person/month, an increase of 11% over the same period in 2023. Businesses have contributed 4.295 billion VND to social security, giving gifts to the poor and poor families.love books; Actively contribute to the city's socio-economic development, national defense and security, and implement the city's annual theme.
However, production and business activities of many businesses are facing difficulties, especially the consequences of damage caused by storm No. 3; output and revenue decreased; employment and income of a part of the workforce are affected.

Regarding the key tasks in the last 3 months of 2024, the City Business Sector Party Committee and leaders of units focus on overcoming difficulties, closely following the policies of the Central Government and the city in supporting businesses to overcome damage after storm No. 3 (Yagi), soon bringing businesses to stable operation, promoting production, business and services, contributing to the good implementation of the city's 2024 Theme.
