To strengthen support for businesses creating social impact to restore production and business, improve competitiveness and penetrate deeper into global value chains, in recent times, the Department of Business Development (Ministry of Planning and Investment) has coordinated with the Canadian Ministry of Global Affairs and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to implement the project "Supporting the ecosystem of businesses to create impact in Vietnam to respond to the economic crisis". Within the framework of the ISEE-COVID Project, in order to increase awareness of central and local state management officials about social impact enterprises (SEB) and promote the implementation of activities to support small and medium-sized enterprises owned by women, on the morning of December 13, 2024 in Hai Phong, the Department of Enterprise Development (Ministry of Planning and Investment) chaired and coordinated with the Women's Business Association. Hai Phong city organized a seminar on policies to support businesses that create social impact and small and medium-sized enterprises owned by women.
